Biography
Name: Doctor Mary Godwin Shelley
Age: 28
Birthday: August 30th
Country of Origin: England
Likes: Curiosity, Experimentation, Science, Coffee, Staying Up Late

Affiliations: Order of the Clock Tower
Ability: Frankenstein
Ability
Frankenstein
Mary’s ability allows her to reanimate the dead. When activated, her dark eyes turn acid-green, and a purple-colored lightning emerges from her hands. She is able to animate as many bodies as she likes. The undead have no reason (ability to think) or sentience (ability to feel emotions) and will follow her orders. They do not have to hear Mary to complete a request; her will dominates over them psychologically. This ability also allows her to control other “undead” that she has not risen herself, such as vampires.
Weakness:
Unbeknownst to her, Mary’s ability is connected to her own life force. The more she uses her ability, the less time alive she herself will have. The silver streak in her hair is evidence of this. She knows that her ability is connected with her energy levels, and uses this ability sparingly. This ability has also stripped her of her ability to reproduce- she is unable to have biological children.
Relationships
Bram Stoker
Mary was introduced to Bram when she was first brought into the Order. The two were paired together to solve a series of grave robberies and were introduced to one another’s abilities. Mary enjoys using her own ability to add to the theatrics and ambiance of Bram’s own power. Mary knows that her own ability does have power over him. This was discovered during the Grave Robbery mission, when Bram’s urges got the best of him and she stopped him from murdering an innocent child. She currently only wishes to use that advantageous power if Bram’s urges become a problem… or if he keeps rearranging her surgical tools.
Agatha Christie
Mary is honored to have been brought into the Order by Agatha. Usually calling her “Milady,” “Commander,” or “Agatha” if she is feeling particularly brave (or brainless), she respects their leader very much. She hopes that Agatha will allow her to find and research The Book to further Mary’s own ability to achieve her dream.
John William Polidori
Mary thinks of John as one of her dearest and oldest friends. The two were introduced to one another during Mary’s college years, and bonded over their shared love of science. Mary was excited to discover that Polidori also joined the Order. Polidori brings out a different, more tame side of Mary, much like she used to be before “the incident.”
